Our small, fast-moving team is building the agentic application platform that will define how user-interactive AI actually manifests in the real world. This is a unique opportunity to join as an early leader on one of the most complex and high-leverage surfaces in AI — with significant scope for technical, product, and leadership growth.

The Role

You'll build the backend systems and supporting frontend for our enterprise SaaS platform—designing scalable cloud-native infrastructure using TypeScript while implementing the React interfaces that enterprise customers need to configure, manage, and monitor their deployments.

This is a backend-first role that requires frontend capabilities. You'll work primarily with cloud services, API design, and infrastructure-as-code, while also building the necessary web interfaces. You'll own features end-to-end, ensuring our enterprise platform delivers both power and simplicity.

We're Looking for Pilots, Not Just Mechanics

We need engineers who think at the level of systems and outcomes. You're fluent in AI-assisted development as your primary mode of working—directing AI to generate, refactor, and explore while evaluating outputs and course-correcting in real time. You've shipped meaningful work this way and understand that building robust cloud infrastructure requires this higher-level perspective.

What You'll Do

Design and implement scalable, self-hostable cloud-native infrastructure using TypeScript
Build backend services, APIs, and data models that power our enterprise platform
Develop React frontend interfaces for configuration, management, and monitoring
Create deployment pipelines for both cloud-hosted and self-hosted options
Implement monitoring, logging, and observability for production systems
Optimize cloud performance, cost, and reliability across AWS
Maintain high code quality through testing, code reviews, and documentation
Contribute to our open source ecosystem where relevant to enterprise features

Requirements

5+ years of TypeScript development experience
Strong backend and cloud infrastructure experience
Solid React frontend development skills
Experience with AWS services and cloud-native architecture patterns
AI-native workflow: You actively use AI tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.) for architecture exploration, refactoring, and rapid iteration. You think at the level of systems and outcomes, directing AI to generate and explore while evaluating outputs critically.
Ability to build enterprise-grade systems with appropriate security and scalability
Comfort working across the stack from infrastructure to frontend
High level of autonomy, technical ownership, and self-direction
Strong communication skills
