Today we're releasing CopilotKit Soar - self-hosted AI coworkers, built for your company!
Over the past few months, we open-sourced our own versions of the big AI coworker products: OpenBot (Grok Bot), OpenMuse (Muse), OpenDots (dots) and OpenTag (Claude Tag). Together they have 19k+ GitHub stars and millions of views.
Soar turns that core into one business-ready product, set up for you by our engineers. It’s self-hostable, fully customizable, works with any agent harness and any model, and keeps learning from how your teams work.

Every company wants AI coworkers. Your teams are probably trying Grok Bot, Muse or dots already, and the idea works: an agent that signs in to your tools, does the work in its own browser and comes back with the result.
But your company doesn't own any of it:
With CopilotKit Soar, the data, the agents and the coworkers are all yours.
You don't have to build any of this yourself. Soar comes with our forward deployed engineers, who:
Your teams get AI coworkers that feel built in-house.

Book a demo and get your team of AI coworkers built with our engineers.
Each team gets coworkers that hold a real job, sign in to the tools it already uses and work on their own schedule. Here’s what that looks like:

Each coworker can get its own computer with a browser, files and logins, and asks a person before anything sensitive goes out.
Because Soar runs on AG-UI (Agent-User Interaction Protocol), your coworkers show up wherever your teams already work: the Soar app on web and desktop, Slack, Microsoft Teams, text messages or your own internal tools.
Every action a coworker takes passes through one checkpoint. It checks your rules, records the decision and only then lets the action happen. If any rule blocks it, it stops there.
Support Bot drafts a reply for #support. Your rule says a person signs off first, so the post waits for approval, and the decision is logged with who asked and when.
Your IT team also gets:
Your security team can see what every coworker did, who asked for it and whether it was allowed.

Soar is built on the two open standards for AI agents.
AG-UI (Agent-User Interaction Protocol) connects agents to people. It's adopted by Google, Microsoft, Amazon and Oracle, and supported by most agent frameworks, including LangChain, Google ADK, Mastra and Microsoft Agent Framework. So any agent your team has already built joins Soar as a coworker, no matter which framework it runs on.
MCP connects agents to tools. Any MCP server your admins approve works in Soar, alongside connectors for Google Drive, Notion, Parallel web search and a few hundred apps through Composio.

You can also run every coworker on the model you choose: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or local models through any OpenAI-compatible server like Ollama.
Your coworkers keep getting better from the work your teams already do.
Threads → Insights → Skills → your coworkers
With Automatic Learning, Soar reads your coworkers' finished threads, finds the patterns and proposes each one as a skill. Every skill is a SKILL.md you can review and edit, and once you approve it, it reaches your coworkers without redeploying.
Say people keep steering Sales Bot the same way on call briefs: lead with recent funding, keep it to one page. Soar turns that into a skill, and every brief after follows it.
With CLiF, coworkers also learn from your people's work in the browser. Show Finance Bot one expense review, and it runs the same steps on every new claim.

The more your teams use Soar, the more work your coworkers can take on.
We're working with IT teams ready to roll out AI coworkers across their company, and your feedback shapes what we build next.
Book a 25-minute meeting to skip the line. You'll run Soar on your own machine for 30 days, and our engineers will build your first coworker with you.
